Module 2:

  1. Functional appliance

-Principles of functional appliance.

-Twin block and modifications

-Frankel appliance

-Activator

-Bionator

Fixed Functional cases.

2. Soft tissue paradigm

3. Case analysis of all situations- Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Crowding cases, Spacing cases.

Module 3:

  1. Stage 3 of treatment – finishing and detailing in orthodontics.
  2. Surgical orthodontics.
  3. Orthodontics in cleft cases.
  4. Retention in Orthodontics.
  5. Appliances for retention.
  6. Future of orthodontics.
  7. Lingual Orthodontics
  8. Invisalign
  9. In man aligners
  10. Trainers in orthodontics
  11. Myobrace in Orthodontics

Hands On Exercise:

  1. Construction of Essix retainer.
  2. Bonding Lingual Orthodontics – Hiro System

Course can also include live patient bonding by participants.Patient follow up of participants.Case discussion of all types of cases.
